Conferences are a unique opportunity to meet other CCHS families, renew friendships, celebrate accomplishments, and receive in-person support and education. The agenda of this program will focus on the empowerment of CCHS patients and families.

The expense of organizing this event is approximately $300 per family. In lieu of a registration fee, we urge attendees to make a donation in this amount to offset the cost to our nonprofit organization.

If you have logistical questions or concerns, please contact Melinda Riccitelli @ melindaric@gmail.com.

Scholarship Application

Please contact Melinda Riccitelli @ melindaric@gmail.com if you have questions or need help with this form.

Scholarships are designed to offset conference expenses for CCHS Network families who wish to attend but are hindered by significant financial challenges. A scholarship includes the expenses of a single hotel room (double occupancy, no more than 4 in a room.  The room charge is paid directly to the hotel by the Network: Incidental room charges are not covered) for a maximum of two nights (June 26 and June 27), meals provided for up to 2 adults and 2 children, and travel costs up to $400.00 (receipt(s) required for reimbursement; standard mileage rate if traveling by car is $0.655 cents per mile). All reimbursements will be processed and issued within 30 days following the conclusion of the conference.

The availability of scholarships is limited.

To be eligible for financial assistance, please submit this form to the planning committee by April 1, 2024. You will be notified by April 15, 2024 if you have been selected to receive a scholarship.

Please do not fill out the Registration form until you receive communication from the Scholarship Selection Committee.
